How many stickers do I need?

Here's a simple way to think about quantity:

Each machine holds multiple designs — and guests almost always want more than one. The collect-them-all nature of the machine means people come back for a second spin (or a third). A good rule of thumb is 1.5–2 stickers per guest, and if you want the machine to stay stocked through the whole event, erring on the higher side is always the right call.

150 stickers — best for intimate gatherings of up to 75–100 guests

300 stickers — great for weddings and mid-sized events of 150–200 guests

450 stickers — ideal for larger celebrations and corporate events of 225–300 guests

What makes this different?

What’s the deposit policy?

A $150 refundable deposit is required to reserve the machine. You’ll get it back in full as long as the machine is returned in good condition — no damage, no drama.

How long is the rental?

All packages include up to 3 hours of event time. Need more? Additional hours or multi-day use can be added to any package — just let me know when you reach out and I'll include it in your quote.

Can the machine be outdoors?

Yes — but it needs to be tented or indoors to protect from rain. It’s custom and cute, but not exactly weatherproof.

Do you deliver outside of the Austin area?

Right now, I’m sticking (hehe) to Austin and the surrounding areas — up to 45 minutes away from central Austin. But if you're not much further than that, or it’s a cool project, I might travel for a small fee. Let’s talk!

What if I only need sticker designs?

I can absolutely design stickers for your event, sans the machine. This is a great option if you are not in the Austin area or have a smaller budget. Just reach out to chat about it!

What kind of stickers do I get?

All sticker sets are 100% custom — designed by me, just for your event. You’ll get original designs, and we’ll collaborate on tone, visuals, and theme. Includes one round of revisions.

Can I send sticker ideas or references?

Absolutely. Once you book, you’ll receive a form where you can share inspiration, themes, phrases, taglines, colors, or visuals — anything that helps shape your custom sticker set. I’ll take it from there and design something that fits your event perfectly.

Can I customize the look of the machine?

The machine comes in a clean white finish. Every booking includes one-color custom event decals — you choose the color, I design the layout. Want something more eye-catching? Reach out and we can discuss!

What if I want to use my own designs?

Totally doable! If your team is providing the artwork, that's reflected in your quote as a reduced design fee. Just reach out and I'll send over the design and sizing specifications to make sure everything is print-ready and fits the machine perfectly.

Can guests take more than one sticker?

Yes! That’s part of the fun. Most clients plan for about 1.5-2 stickers per guest so people can collect, trade, and come back for more.

Do you offer refills or long-term machine installs?

Not yet, but I’m open to it. If you're a shop, salon, or gallery that wants a permanent setup — I’d love to hear about it.
